Myshuno!

Originally released on that other website in recognition of the 20th anniversary of The Sims, who says we can't recognise the 23rd anniversary, right?

I was learning to play the piano at the same time I was playing The Sims for hours a day, so my earliest improvisations sounded a lot like The Sims Build Mode. Fortunately, those terrible old improvs are long gone!

I've been writing Sims-related music for fun since I got my Roland workstation in 2007, and Myshuno! is a collection of what I decided were the best songs. From full orchestras in (the somewhat more similar to SimCity 3000) "City Sunset" and "Stay-cation" to the Sims Build Mode piano solo in "Rain on the Road", this album covers the full spectrum of musical styles from my favourite teenage time-waster.

Should I have been doing my math homework instead of playing The Sims? Probably, but who cares? I learned how to divide by 4, so there. Take THAT, Mr. K.!
